Plaintiffs are pro-se. Appellants are appealing the Court’s Order and Judgment granting Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss, entered on June 29, 2009. No part of the record on appeal is to be omitted... Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 5-6-34, The Court of Appeals has jurisdiction of this case on appeal because it does not concern a matter where, pursuant to Georgia Constitution of 1983, Art. 6, § 6, ¶¶ 2 – 3, the Supreme Court has either exclusive or general appellate jurisdiction.
