2012 District Supervisor Elections Are you interested in becoming a Soil & Water Conservation District Supervisor? View a list of the 86 counties holding district supervisor elections in Georgia! The election for the elected District Supervisor position will take place November 6, 2012 on the general ballot! Elected Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) Supervisors serve a four year term. The qualifying period for an elected district supervisor position is May 23 - (12:00 noon) May 25, 2012! Eligible candidates must be a registered voter of the county in which he or she runs. A person cannot hold another elected office in Georgia and also be an elected Soil & Water Conservation District Supervisor. What are the duties of a Soil & Water Conservation District Supervisor? Are you willing to represent your county by serving on a Soil & Water Conservation District Board?
